Easy Vegetable Soup Under $10

Hi there, for those that do not know me, my name is Victoria. I am a mother of six. My children are ages, 23, 19, 15, 16, 11, & 10. Would you believe that I have only one boy out of the bunch!? :) Raising that many children has never been financially easy but as a stay-at-home mommiepreneur, I enjoy sharing how my husband and I live on a budget and save money. You may have guessed it! I'm a frugal blogger - some even call me a wealth generator because I enjoy educating people on not only saving money but earning money online and offline.

Take a look at my easy vegetable soup recipe under $10

Vegetable soup is one of my favorite meals. I have two mouth watering recipes that I use but today, I want to want to share my easy vegetable recipe under $10.

If you follow this recipe, in less than 30 minutes, dinner or lunch will be served. As a mother of six, I learned very fast how to make healthy meals that save money

Let's Get Started!

Ingredients

Tip - For Best Results Use Cambell's Soup

cans of Cambell's tomato soup
1 tsp. of lipton onion soup mix
1 can of chicken (optional)
cans of mixed vegetables
ramen noodles (optional)
salt n pepper
water

You'll Also Need

Large Serving Spoon
Medium Size Non-Stick Pan

Mix

Note: This recipe can be used to make any amount of soup. (quantities are not included) Soup can be made for one person using once can of tomato soup and one can of mixed vegetables or use many cans to feed a family.

Begin by opening up desired amounts of mixed vegetables and tomato soup. Do not pour the water off of the vegetables. If you want meat in your soup, open one can of chicken. Pour all of the cans into a medium size boiler. Add desired amount of water depending upon how thick you like your soup. Try to make sure you only add 1 cup of water at a time so that your soup will not be too watery. Add your onion soup mix. If you don't have this, try substituting with Mrs. Dash salt-free herbal seasoning. Add desired amount of salt and pepper.

Cooking Time

Cook your mixture on low to medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes. (with or without a lid) Five minutes before your soup is done, add just a little bit of Ramen noodles are desired.

Check every 10 minutes lightly stirring. If your soup is too thick add water. The consistency will solely depend on you. After 30 minutes, cool for 3 to 5 minutes and serve with toast or your favorite crackers.

I sure hope this meal is tasty & helps you save time and money.
