Then make sure you read over the FAQ's page. To make calls click on calls then fill out the customer survey with your information. They like specifics so try to get names if you can, Write down quotes and things that the person on the phone may have given to you that shows proof that you really called. For example, I wrote down the amount the agent told me I would need to pay per month for insurance. Don't ask for names but if you can somehow get their names this would be a plus. Give them your correct information. Don't worry its safe! They should not ask for SSN's or anything like that. This information would be a plus. You don't need to write an entire book in the description area but try to get enough information to let them know that you really made the call. I usually let them know if the person called was friendly or helpful and if they answered all of my questions. Remember that the calls must last a certain amount of time to get paid.
